More BT......
I have been on quite the Brooklyn Tweed kick for my latest knit projects. Taking a break from my ecommerce and turning my focus towards actually writing down my patterns for designs has been my goal for 2016. Between staring stints at my computer screen, I have to have something inspirational on the needles.
A couple months ago, I purchased some lovely yarn from The Yarn Underground (my place of work lol) from a small Wisconsin mill called Blackberry Ridge. This yarn is beautiful and very economical! I had no idea about it until I started working at the shop back in August and I am finally casting on my first project with it. So, when we received new colorways in the shop, I had to purchase these beautiful colors!

Plus side, this yarn is a perfect substitute for BT's Loft yarn which is great since we don't carry BT yarn.....yet.
I searched through the vast archives of patterns on their site and came across an older pullover called Trestle. I am a sucker for chevrons and geometric designs so obviously I fell in love with Trestle.

Once I purchased the pattern, seeing the way it was pieced together made me even more excited! I am very interested in seeing how this piece turns out!
